Usually, you can make most common types of transactions at a shared branch. However, services and transaction amounts may be limited or vary per shared branch location, so call before you visit to verify they can process your transaction.

It's easy to apply for membership online at lapfcu.org/join, over the phone, or at one of our branches!
A driver’s license or valid government ID is needed to complete the membership application.
Your MEMBER NUMBER differentiates you from another member. Your ACCOUNT NUMBER is the number assigned to your different accounts (i.e. savings, checking, money market, etc.).

The charge is 1% fee for foreign transactions in non U.S currency and 0.8% fee for foreign transactions in U.S dollars.

Yes, you can temporarily deactivate your credit and debit card in case it’s lost or stolen using Card Controls, which can be accessed in online and mobile banking.
Go to My Cards tab > Click Card Controls
You can access up to 18 months of past statements in online banking. If you need older statements, contact us for assistance.

To Enroll:
Send us a travel notification from the app or in online banking. LAPFCU App > Cards > Travel Notification Request or Online banking > Services.
When you do not log in to online or mobile banking for 6 months, we deactivate your access as a security precaution. We will send you notices before this happens. Once you are deactivated, you will need to re-enroll. For assistance, call us at (877) 695-2732.
Yes, you can use Quick Pay to make one-time or recurring payments, on your LAPFCU loan, from another financial institution. Access Quick Pay in online and mobile banking.

Yes. You can transfer funds to and from outside accounts with LAPFCU.
Log in to digital banking > Click on Transfers & Payments tab > Under Transfers, click Transfer Money
