Click ENROLL. Then fill out a simple registration form. Click Complete Sign Up and you’re all set!

FIRST-TIME LOG IN

 
  1. Create a username that is between 6 and 18 characters.
  2. Create a password. It must:
    • Have between 8 and 32 characters
    • Contain at least one number
    • Contain at least one lowercase character
    • Contain at least one special character
    • Be different than your last 10 passwords

VERIFY AND REGISTER YOUR DEVICE


The first time you log in, you’ll receive a Secure Access Code to verify your identity.
  • Choose to receive your access code via text or email.
  • Enter the six-digit access code sent to you within 15 minutes and click “Submit.”
  • Register your trusted device to avoid needing an access code for future logins.
Go paperless! Access 18 months of statements securely online and reduce the risk of identity theft.

To Enroll:

  • Go to the Services tab.
  • Under Account Services, select e-Statements.
  • Go to the Enrollment tab and choose Electronic.

Change your statement enrollment selection.

When you do not log in to online or mobile banking for 6 months, we deactivate your access as a security precaution. We will send you notices before this happens. Once you are deactivated, you will need to re-enroll. For assistance, call us at (877) 695-2732.
