NAVIGATION MENU

  • Home: View account summaries, recent activity, and quick links for fast navigation.
  • Transfers & Payments: Manage transfers, bills, and transactions.
  • Services: View e-Statements, open accounts, stop payments, find forms, and more.
  • My Cards: Manage your debit and credit cards.
  • Get a Loan/Credit: Accept pre-approvals, apply for credit cards, loans or lines of credit, or mortgages.
  • Settings: Set up alerts and update your account preferences.
  • Messages: View and send secure messages. (Coming soon)
  • Log Off: Securely log out.

On tablets and smartphones, tap the Menu button or swipe from the left edge to show/hide the menu.

ACCOUNTS TILE

Actions: Use the Options menu (● ● ●) under each account to:
  • View Activity: See recent transactions.
  • View Details: Access account details and settings.
  • Nickname: Assign a nickname to the account.

Quick Transfer: Instantly transfer money between your accounts.

View All Accounts Button: Manage LAPFCU accounts and external accounts from other banks or credit unions.

Transfers

  • Transfer money between accounts or to anyone with an LAPFCU account.
  • Use Zelle to instantly send money to trusted people or businesses with a mobile number or email.

Payments

  • Make a payment on your LAPFCU loan.
  • Add, schedule, and manage your bill payments with Bill Pay.
  • Skip a payment on a loan.
  • Use Quick Pay to make fast, secure loan payments.

    • Lock or deactivate your debit or credit card if it’s misplaced or not in use to prevent fraud. Monthly recurring payments will continue to process.

Securely communicate with an LAPFCU Associate. You can also attach files. Both messages and attachments are protected with SSL-encryption for maximum security.

  • Click the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
  • Enter the recipient, subject and message.
  • Attach an optional file in one of the specified formats.
  • Click Send Message.
You'll also see any alerts you enable on this page. (Coming soon)
SUPPORTED BROWSERS
For optimal performance, use the latest version of a recommended or supported browser.
  • Recommended: Google Chrome.
  • Supported: Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
  • Not supported: Apple Safari (Mac users, download Chrome; iPad/iPhone users, download the LAPFCU app.
  • Ensure JavaScript and cookies are enabled.
  • Update with latest available version for antivirus and spyware protection.

MINIMUM DIGITAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Mobile devices:
    • Android: 11.x and later (10.x limited support).
    • Apple iOS: 16.x and later (iOS 15.x limited support).
    • Watch iOS: 9.x and later (8.x limited support).
  • Mobile connectivity: 5G, 4G LTE, and Wi-Fi supported.
  • Computer system: Windows 10 or later; Mac OS X 10.15 or later.
  • Internet Connection: Minimum download speed of 1 Mbps.
  • PDFs: Latest Adobe Reader version.
 
  • Go to the Accounts tile on the home page.
  • Select the account you need.
  • Click the Details and Settings tab to view account and routing numbers.

The first time you log in, you'll see all your accounts (up to 20) on your home page. You can favorite (show) and unfavorite (hide) accounts to choose which ones you want to display on your homepage.

To show only certain accounts on your home page:

  • Click View All Accounts and go to the Manage Accounts page.
  • Click the star icon next to the account(s) you want to display to mark them as favorites (up to 20).
    • Only favorited accounts will display on the home page.
    • Adjust favorites anytime via View All Accounts.
  • Click the Services tab.
  • Under Account Services, select e-Statements.
  • Choose the desired e-Statement time period.
  • For a printable version, click the View PDF icon in the upper right corner.
  • On your mobile device, choose Deposit a Check from the bottom menu.
  • Choose the account and enter the amount. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Take clear pictures of the front and back of the check. If the images are blurry, select Retake Front or Retake Back.
  • Click Submit Deposit.
  • Select Close. Your check will appear in the Deposit Check History tab.
  • Click the Transfers and Payments tab.
  • Under Transfers, select Zelle.
  • If you’re new to Zelle, click Get Started, then scroll down and click Accept and Continue.
  • Enroll with either an email address or U.S. mobile number to securely send and receive money. Click Continue.
  • Click OK to accept the notice about receiving text messages.
  • Verify your email or phone number using the 6-digit verification number sent to you. Click Verify.
  • Select an account for sending and receiving money. Click Continue.
  • You're ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle.
  • Click Transfers and Payments tab.
  • Under Transfers, click Transfer Money.
  • Choose accounts from the From Account and To Account list.
  • Enter the transfer amount.
  • Select a payment frequency.
    • One-Time Transfer: Choose a transfer date.
    • Recurring Transfer: Set the frequency and duration (forever or until a specific date)
  • Add an optional note in the Memo field for reference
  • Review details, then click Transfer Funds. You'll need to authorize external transfers.
  • A confirmation message will appear. Click Close for another transfer or Manage Transfer to review it in the Activity Center.

Send money to anyone with an LAPFCU account.

  • Click Transfers and Payments tab.
  • Under Transfers, click Member to Member Transfer.
  • Choose Single Transfer or Link Account (for recurring transfers).
    • To make multiple, recurring, or future transfers, link the other member’s account. This adds their account to the dropdown menu for easy selection during transfers.
  • Select an account from the From Account list.
  • Enter the transfer amount.
  • Add an optional description for reference.
  • Enter the recipient’s account number and first 3 characters of their last name. Click Submit.
  • To add/edit a nickname for the recipient, go to the Settings tab and choose Manage Accounts.
  • To rearrange account display order, go to the Settings tab and select Manage Accounts.
  • Click Transfers and Payments tab.
  • Under Payments, select Loan Payments.
  • Select the account you want to pay From.
  • Select the loan you want to pay.
  • Specify payment amount and type.
  • Specify the date payment should be made.
    • If you want to schedule recurring payments, check Make this a Recurring Transaction and choose your payment frequency.
  • Click Submit.
  • Click the Transfers and Payments tab.
  • Under Payments, select Pay with Bill Pay.
  • In the Enrollment Successful pop-up window, click Continue to Bill Pay.
  • Add a person or business to pay. Choose from popular billers in your area or type the name in the field on the right and click Add.
  • Add an optional nickname for the Payee.
  • Enter the account number.
  • Choose a payment category.
  • Click Confirm.
  • Specify the payment amount and the date the payment should be made.
  • Click Submit.
  • Choose the account you want to enroll and click Enroll in Bill Pay.
  • Select the accounts you want to use to pay bills and click Save.
  • On the Agreement page, click I Agree to complete enrollment.
  • When you see the success message, click Continue to Bill Pay.

Choose from 30+ customizable real-time account alerts.

To add alerts:

  • Click the Settings tab.
  • Under Alerts, click Alert Settings.
  • Under Account Alerts, click Manage Account Alerts.
  • Confirm your contact info in the Welcome to Notifications pop-up window, then click Next.
  • Activate your notification method(s) by entering the code sent to you. Then click Next.
  • After the Ready to Go message, click Close.
  • Toggle the alerts you want to receive to “on.”

LAPFCU CardSwap allows you to easily update or switch your debit and credit card info for subscription services and online stores. (Eg., Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, Target, Venmo, Uber).

To add alerts:

  • Click the My Cards tab.
  • Under Linked for Payment, click LAPFCU CardSwap.
  • Click Get Started.
  • Follow the steps to set up or change payments.
  • Computer Browser: Delete all internet browser and digital banking cookies. Refer to your browser's help guide for instructions.
  • Tablet/Smartphone: Delete the digital banking app to automatically remove registration information.
