1. Complete the homebuyer education course at fanniemae.com/education.
2. Email mortgageloanofficers@lapfcu.org your certificate of completion and request an appointment to apply for the loan.
3. Pay a $250 application fee that will be credited back to you when the loan closes.
4. Your Mortgage Loan Officer will take the application over the phone, and you’ll receive a pre-approval letter within 2 business days.
